We believe in community and charity first.
The Casa Charitable Foundation borrows its founding principles of community and family first from Casa Construction itself.
We created Casa Construction to build houses and we created the Casa Charitable Trust to assist those in our community and offshore who need a helping hand to build or even rebuild their lives.
We work on a variety of projects and with several other charitable organisations.
Our key focus is to support families when children are affected by debilitating diseases; provide financial support to relieve poverty; and working to provide opportunities for disadvantaged young people through training and workshops.
For 2017 we have selected the following charitable interests to support:
- Ronald McDonald House
- Aorangi Foundation
- Hagar New Zealand Charitable Trust
Casa Charitable Foundation may, at the discretion of the Trustees, provide funding to additional persons or groups.
HOW DO WE RAISE FUNDS?
Funds will primarily be raised by the dedicated Casa Construction team and community through fundraising events, auctions, individual donations, partner donations. A significant portion is from the profits we make as a construction company.
All costs associated with the running of the Casa Charitable Foundation are paid for by Casa Construction, meaning 100% of the funds raised go directly to the people who need it most.
DO YOU ADD A DONATION AMOUNT TO THE COST OF EACH BUILD?
No, we don’t. The dollars donated by Casa Construction are taken directly from our bottom line. We do however accept individual donations if clients are interested in helping.
CAN I APPLY FOR FUNDING?
Casa Charitable Trust is not open for applications at this stage.
